In this exciting role based in London, you will be accountable to the Project Manager and Project Designer, ensuring the overall design intent is meticulously incorporated into project documentation. From conceptual phases to construction administration, you will oversee the technical content, QA reviews, and coordination of all project disciplines, including consultants. Your leadership will be crucial in directing diverse project teams and maintaining collaborative professional relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a professional license, with environmental accreditation preferred. You will need at least 10 years of experience designing small to mid-size architectural projects, including urban and resort hotels. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software such as Rhino and SketchUp is essential, along with strong sketching skills and knowledge of architectural building systems and construction methodologies. Effective project management, client management, and negotiation skills are also critical, as is the ability to lead a team and mentor junior architects.
