Your impact

You will be the cornerstone of ensuring operational excellence, driving innovations in plant maintenance and engineering processes that directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our production lines. Your role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality across all engineering activities. Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Excellence and Innovation: Lead the engineering and maintenance activities to ensure high operational efficiency and reliability of all food processing equipment. Drive innovations and improvements within the factory, focusing on advanced maintenance practices and the integration of new technologies.


Strategic Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance program using the shire and ppm system, ensuring that maintenance activities are proactive rather than reactive and aligned with our operational goals.


Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Site Manager, Production, and Health and Safety teams to ensure seamless operations. Your collaborative efforts will ensure that engineering practices support and enhance production efficiency and product quality.


Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain readiness for audits, demonstrating adherence to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality control.

  • Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in engineering management within the food manufacturing or FMCG sectors, with a strong emphasis on electrical engineering, automation, and maintenance strategies.
