Key tasks

  • Negotiating on a national basis and delivering national income budget.
  • Ensuring supply base is robust and work with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Recognise opportunities to increase promotional investment.
  • Identifying potential seasonal product opportunities in own category.
  • Take accountability of negotiation of cost price increases and ensuring timelines are optimal.


About You

You will possess 2-3 years’ experience of negotiating at a high level within a recognised brand/retailer, with a background of analysing and interpreting data as well as forecasting and conducting category reviews and has successfully negotiated with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing promotions & managing suppliers including assessing strengths and weaknesses.
  • A Seasonal Buying background, including identifying product opportunities.
