Job Overview: As a Food Graduate, you will be an integral part of our product development and quality assurance teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the food manufacturing process, from concept to shelf. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to the creation of innovative food products while ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and analysis to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research & Analysis: Perform research to support product development, including ingredient functionality, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Process Improvement: Work on projects aimed at optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing waste.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure seamless product launches.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed research and data analysis.
- A keen interest in food production and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is an advantage.
