Implement improvements in testing and validation to ensure high reliability of the power converters.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes are well-documented and compliant with industry standards, providing detailed work instructions for operators. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all key processes.
  • Optimization & Metrics: Continuously monitor key production metrics such as yield, cycle time, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to identify areas for further improvement and drive continuous operational excellence.
  • Leadership Development: Transition into a leadership role by managing day-to-day operations and becoming the central authority for manufacturing-related decisions.
