RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist users to resolve queries, escalating to others in the team where required

Trained to become a subject matter expert on all of the tools managed by the Legal Technology team (includes software such as HighQ and AI platforms)

Provide admin support

Regular user and project archiving

Configure basic client sites/projects

Monitor usage of software and assist in analysing data captured by various solutions, including monthly reporting

Help to support with the upskilling of both internal and external clients to ensure they experience the value and benefits of technology

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

A keen interest in technology within the legal sphere.

This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to start their career within the legal service space, as well as those who have experience but want to work in a more embedded team.
