Then please get in touch We are currently working exclusively with a busy nationally planning consultancy who have a number of offices across the South, who are keen to grow with a senior hire in their office in the Thames Valley area.
Their clients including private developers and landowners, as well as strategic land promoters and local authorities – working across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and retail. With a commitment to excellence and close client-relationships, they offer a flexible working environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a pipeline of a diverse range of projects.
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, and starting to do business development.
- Delegating and mentoring junior team members.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with local knowledge of the Thames Valley region.
- Town Planning experience in consultancy or local authority, with ideally six years at least in industry.
- Enthusiasm for urban planning and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
