This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with proven Asset Transitions/Transfer experience to join a leading UK Consultancy in their London head offices. Working within the Pension Risk team, you will play a key role in the department with a focus on risk transfer projects. This will include:

  • Work closely with existing and future clients utilising your de-risking experience to meet their strategic objectives
  • Work on a variety of projects to assist schemes as they move from buy-in to buy-out and ultimate wind-up
  • Build relationships with clients, their advisers and insurers to ensure a smooth and successful transition, actively managing the process
  • Utilise project management skills to support clients to achieve goals within desired timescales. Work closely with internal and external teams, to ensure successful completion


To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

  • Proven transitions experience gained from within a pensions consulting environment or bulk annuity provider
  • Experience of insurer post transaction processes and wider aspects of pension scheme wind-ups.
  • Excellent UK pensions knowledge with proven legislative and regulatory knowledge
  • Strong Project Management and Communication skills, with the ability to work closely with a variety of clients and departments
  • Collaborative approach to work
