We’re partnering with a fantastic client in the media sector to help them find a Project Support Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London.


This role will play a vital role in supporting project operations, ensuring all are managed efficiently and deadlines are met. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in project management, property, construction, or a related field, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Manager with coordinating and tracking multiple projects across the business.
  • Assisting with project documentation, including maintaining trackers, budgets, and key timelines.
  • Scheduling and managing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project objectives.
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoice tracking, and compliance processes.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have experience in project management administration or supporting large-scale projects, ideally in property, construction, or a related industry.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
