Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Research Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our research team to support clinical trials and studies aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care. You’ll be responsible for participant care, protocol adherence, and data collection, ensuring that studies are conducted ethically and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and procedures in accordance with study protocols.
- Assist in patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment for clinical trials.
- Monitor patient progress and collect data on their health status throughout the study.
- Ensure adherence to all protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other team members to coordinate patient care and study activities.
- Educate patients and families on the nature of the study, potential risks, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and study data.
- Prepare and manage study supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse.
- 2 years experience in clinical research or clinical trials (required).
- Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines and clinical research protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
