Job Summary:

You will be working on a flagship site in Central London no more than 10 minutes travel from London Liverpool Street. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance with company standards and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations and coordinate the work of various departments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company standards and procedures.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Employee Welfare: Address employee concerns and maintain a safe and positive work environment.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various business functions.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working for one of the UKs lead Facilities Management providers.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Proficiency in using performance metrics and preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
