Iconic Resourcing HR are looking to speak with candidates who have Shared Service experience, specifically with a focus on reward, benefits and payroll.


Our client is eager to fill this role and welcomes applications from candidates who can commit to either full-time or part-time hours. They are also open to fixed-term contract candidates who can start immediately and quickly contribute to project work, as well as those interested in a permanent position.


Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with all business levels including Directors & CEO
  • Maintain and manage relationships with HR software providers
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and promote technology use
  • Ensure effective payroll software support and upgrades
  • Provide high level HR service administration
  • Oversee payroll software provider account
  • Manage HR Information System
  • Implement new HR technologies and ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement people policies
  • Benchmark and improve compensation and benefits packages
  • Participate in the Pension Regulation Governance
  • Drive continuous process improvement and implement effective administrative support
  • Provide HR management information for planning and decision making
  • Lead statistical reporting such as Gender Pay & Equal Pay audits
  • Manage succession planning and talent development within the HR Shared Services team
  • Lead of innovative people processes and system development
  • Research and implement new HR practices for efficiencies


Skills & knowledge:

  • Effective leadership and collaboration
  • Strong influencing and negotiating abilities
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR systems
  • Data orientated, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail
