A distinguished Hotel &restaurant in North Wales is seeking a charismatic Head Waiter to elevate our dining experience with exceptional service. This role, available for an immediate start, is ideal for candidates with a fine dining background, blending sophistication with dynamic guest engagement to ensure every visit is unforgettable.

• Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant, preferably fine dining
• Knowledge of wines and spirits to enhance the guest experience
• Exceptional personal presentation and professional demeanour
• Confident and personable, able to make guests feel welcomed and valued
• Professional yet friendly attitude, with a sense of humour and the ability to inspire others

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-class service, ensuring a memorable and elegant dining experience for guests
• Engage with guests to create personal connections while maintaining professionalism
• Lead and mentor the waitstaff team with poise and charisma
• Manage table settings and oversee seamless service execution
