Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Licenced Immigration Advisor located in London, United Kingdom. The Licenced Immigration Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and addressing issues related to labour and employment law. The role will involve offering guidance on immigration procedures and requirements to prospective students, immigrants, and their families.


Qualifications

  • Legal Advice and Labour and Employment Law skills
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and dealing with Legal Issues
  • OISC Licenced
  • Knowledge of immigration law and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Relevant certification or degree in Law or related field
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus
  • Previous work in the Education and/or Immigration industry is an advantage
