INVECTA is partnering with a leading brand in the London insurance market, currently embarking on a significant technology transformation.


We are seeking experienced hands-on Technology Transformation Directors with a strong background in enterprise technology rationalisation programmes.


Key requirements:

  • Experience selecting and implementing insurance applications (e.g., Verisk platforms, Salesforce Velocity, Guidewire, or similar). This includes managing the full lifecycle: writing the business case, overseeing the RFI/RFP process, collaborating with the board to define the optimal solution, and leading the implementation.
  • Strong technology and business architecture expertise, with the ability to assess and overhaul an organisation’s current application and tech stack to deliver a best-in-class solution.
  • Proven track record in managing outsourced vendors and service providers, including running RFI/RFP processes for insurance system selection.
  • Stakeholder management experience: capable of working with senior professionals, including underwriters and actuaries, and translating complex technology initiatives into language that resonates with a non-technical audience.
  • Team building expertise, with experience in establishing high-performing technology delivery teams and BAU functions for long-term handover.


To be considered for this role candidate must have recent and extensive experience working within the Lloyd’s/London Insurance market.


This role is available on an 18-month to 2-year fixed-term contract or an interim basis outside IR35.


Given the nature of the business and the transformation programme, regular attendance at their London office is highly likely to be required to ensure success.


£170,000 FTC or £1100 per day
