The UK's leading developer is looking for a Assistant Site Manager to help manage the external envelope package of their high-profile project, in South West London. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an award winning company with a strong pipeline of work.
Role Overview
The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for helping to manage and coordinate the following key areas:
- Brickwork
- Metsec
- Scaffolding
- Windows
- Balconies
- Waterproofing
This role will require someone with previous experience managing facade packages, including brickwork being key, the project is a 400 unit development and will be made up of 7 RC frame blocks.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in managing external packages.
- Brickwork background ideally
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple aspects of the facade and external works with meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with developer/ main contractor or major projects is highly beneficial.
