About the role


Candidate will onboard all required market data products (i.e., exchanges, EIDs, research, systems); ensure connections with vendors and services match vendor billing and Client allocation methodologies; benchmark vendor and product costs to comparable market standards; negotiate favorable terms with vendors on behalf of the Client; identify cost effective alternative vendors or other market data solutions; attend meetings or otherwise communicate with key employees of the Client to analyze systems, processes, and market data issues; and advise on potential improvements to the efficiency and accuracy of the Client’s processes and workflows.


Market Data Support Phase: Candidate will manage the day-to-day administration, support, and selection of Client’s market data vendors, research, subscriptions, and exchanges; process, approve and allocate all invoices for payment according to Client’s guidelines; work directly with the Client to alert vendors when to renew, cancel or negotiate contracts and terminate auto renewals of unused services; monitor exchange reporting procedures for accuracy and compliance; evaluate and recommend market data, research and exchange products and contracts to help identify new products and services that assist the overall trading strategy; implement and optimize market data ordering and procurement workflow; process changes to services, vendors, and exchanges; oversee vendor and/or exchange audit reporting; and respond to market data support requests.
