Head Chef/Sous Chef

We are looking for a talented chef to join our team here to help us drive lakeside to the next level.

Applicants are to have ideally worked in a high level kitchen (Rosette or above)

Working hours typically consist of daytime shifts, 9 hour days 4 days a week.

There is potential of up to 50 hours a week available.

Flexibility is required as we open the occasional evening and Sundays.

We are looking for;

  • Someone who can collaborate with the owner/chef
  • Help with everyday runnings of the kitchen and brigade, including training supervising staff, inventory, food quality, cleanliness, EHO paperwork, and development of dishes
  • A strong passion and commitment of delivering a high standard if service, working as a team
