The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing our digital marketing content across web, search, and email channels. This role will serve as the executional lead for our website content, including managing web banners, product information, new landing pages, SEO metadata, and on-page optimization. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with our Director of Digital Commerce to enhance our search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, improving search visibility and domain authority across all markets. Additionally, this role will be responsible for executing weekly email campaigns. Some key job responsibilities include:

  • Work with the email strategist to maintain our global email marketing calendar.
  • Drive insights into segmentation and profile management for targeted email campaigns.
  • Execute weekly email sends and optimize monthly email automation flows globally using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
  • Partner with the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team to develop a merchandising calendar for website updates.
  • Execute website updates, including creating and managing landing pages, products, homepage content, and banners.
  • Experience with Contentful or other headless CMS platforms is preferred
  • Collaborate with the search specialist to implement on-site, on-page, and metadata SEO improvements.
  • Monitor, report, and drive improvements in search visibility and domain authority globally.
  • Conduct keyword research, identify content priorities, and maintain site health scores using tools like Google Search Console and SEMRush
  • Work closely with various teams, including the DTC team and search specialists, to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies and execution.


Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on execution.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), especially Contentful or headless CMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques, including experience with Google Search Console and SEMRush.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
