Join our exceptional team as a Work at Heights Trainer, and you'll play a pivotal role in delivering accredited and tailored training sessions at our HSS training facilities. The role involves supporting the development, planning, mentoring, and continuous enhancement of working at heights and other accredited course offerings within HSS Training.


What do you need to succeed as a Work at Heights - Trainer?

  • Knowledge of work at heights - training or have training experience and knowledge within Health and Safety with understanding of training accreditation operational standards.
  • Ideally hold IPAF, PASMA, LA (preferable but optional), NEBOSH, AET and TAQA
  • Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in managing a team successfully. Remote team management experience beneficial, but not essential.
  • Solution driven to support with our diverse workforce across the region.
