The role involves supporting the development, planning, mentoring, and continuous enhancement of working at heights and other accredited course offerings within HSS Training.

What do you need to succeed as a Work at Heights - Trainer?

• Knowledge of work at heights - training or have training experience and knowledge within Health and Safety with understanding of training accreditation operational standards.
• Ideally hold IPAF, PASMA, LA (preferable but optional), NEBOSH, AET and TAQA
• Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills.
• Proven record of accomplishment in managing a team successfully. Remote team management experience beneficial, but not essential.
• Solution driven to support with our diverse workforce across the region.
