We are looking for a self-starting Customer & Marketing Insights expert to work for this leading international health and well-being brand.
In a newly created role, you’ll play a pivotal role in leveraging product and marketing insight and competitor data that can tell a story which informs commercial decision-making strategies.
This is the perfect role for the right candidate to thrive in a dynamic environment where you can help shape how product, pricing analysis and marketing campaign performance can drive commercial decision making and growth.
This is a hybrid role – 3 days onsite in the Northamptonshire HQ.
The Role
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities and insights related to sales and marketing performance.
- Analyse customer segmentation data to identify opportunities for targeted marketing and personalised communications.
- Conduct ROI and ROAS analysis to understand the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing and sales activity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives, providing recommendations for optimisation based on data insights.
The Role
- Ideally at least 2-3 + years in a relevant Insight, Data or Analytics role.
- Experience in assessing marketing performance across predominantly digital channels, but some offline.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation.
- Being proactive in nature, seeking out information and not be afraid to ask the right questions or challenge the status quo.
- Experience in forecasting trends and conducting ROI/ROAS analysis.
- Be self-motivated and pro-active in nature, prioritising tasks and working within a fast-paced environment.
