Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Junior Digital Account Manager at Be A Bear. You will be responsible for managing paid social accounts, developing social and digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing client relationships and growing their social audiences.


Perfect Candidate:

  • 1- 2 years of hands-on experience with paid advertising, preferably across platforms like Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
  • Basic understanding of content management and creation for social media
  • Interest in social media strategy, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area
  • Passionate about media, entertainment, and social media trends
  • Organised and efficient, with solid time management skills
  • A team player with a collaborative, proactive approach to tasks


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Management: Assist in maintaining client relationships, providing regular updates and supporting the Account Manager and Channel Manager with daily tasks.


  • Content Ideation & Curation: Help develop engaging and relevant content for paid social platforms, learning to strategically grow channels.


  • Social Media Analytics: Use social media analytics tools (experience with Meta, X, and TikTok analytics is a plus) to gather insights, with guidance.


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and creative teams to support the production of visually appealing, on-brand content.


  • Media Scheduling: Uploading, planning and optimising paid social media campaigns on platforms.


  • Brand Consistency: Help maintain brand standards across social channels and learn best practices for visual and written asset management.


  • Channel Growth Focus: Work under the guidance of senior team members to support channel growth on Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and X.


  • Reporting & Trend Analysis: Assist with compiling regular reports, following social media trends, and monitoring competitor activity to inform strategy.


Experience:

We expect applicants to have a proven track record on growing social media channels in previous roles. You should have a good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
