We’re not your typical consultants, we work closely with our clients as an embedded product team, developing long-lasting and trusted partnerships.


We're currently 80+ people strong and we have clear plans to scale the business. We play in the Salesforce stack. We configure where can, but if we need to build Lightning Component or Heroku apps to drive revenues, we do. Whatever we do, we want to do it better.


We are now looking for Salesforce Software Engineer’s to join our growing team and be at the sharp end of making technology change happen.

Job Responsibilities:


Depending on your level and experience the main responsibilities of the role are outlined below:


  • Develop High-Quality Insurance Applications: Build insurance-specific applications of the highest standards to achieve an excellent customer experience.
  • Code Review and UX Peer Review: Conduct peer reviews of code and user experience (UX) with your team of developers.
  • Client Engagement: Run show-and-tells with clients to demonstrate progress and gather feedback.
  • Agile Methodologies: Develop software using agile methodologies, working closely with end users to ensure the product meets their needs.
  • Salesforce Development: Utilize your proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and third-party integrations to develop robust solutions.
  • Omnistudio / Vlocity: Leverage experience with the Omnistudio / Vlocity managed package on Salesforce, if applicable.
  • Financial Services Cloud: Apply knowledge or experience of the financial services cloud to enhance solutions.
  • Salesforce DevOps: Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that solutions comply with relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • REST Web Services: Build and integrate REST web services within Salesforce.
  • Technical Implementation: Perform hands-on technical implementation, including customization within Salesforce.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Translate business requirements into working code with minimal supervision.


Required Key Skills and Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally 4 plus years.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development languages: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC).
  • Strong experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce customisation tools and declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Experience working with Salesforce Coding Conventions and Standards
  • Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong professional communication skills, written and oral.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD tools is a plus.
