We are currently recruiting for one full time Switchboard Operator for the Causeway Hospital Coleraine. The successful candidate will be working in a high-paced, fast changing environment and so must be able to work under pressure. What The Job Entails: Transferring calls to the appropriate departments Responding appropriately to alarms Monitoring and reporting on any needs of the alarm, paging, and telephone systems Maintaining and updating the switchboard internal telephone directory What we need from you: 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English and Maths or one year experience in a similar environment Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
