The role:

  • Lead and manage integrated design and film projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, including designers, filmmakers, and other stakeholders, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered to the highest standard.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a project manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated design and film production processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing past projects in integrated design and film.
