Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Handler at Bluefriars Group. The Account Handler will be responsible for, client and counterparty onboarding, market onboarding and TOBA management, managing renewals, providing exceptional customer service, handling account management tasks, working with insurance products, and supporting insurance brokerage activities. This role is based in Greater London with flexibility for remote work, but we are happy to look at candidates across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.


Qualifications

  • Renewals and Customer Service skills
  • Account Management expertise
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in the financial services industry required
  • Experience in Account Handling required
  • Loyd's and London market settlements experience an advantage (training provided)
  • Professional qualifications in Finance, Business, or related fields preferred
