We are an ambitious and fast-growing fit-out and refurbishment business at the start of an exciting journey. Specialising in high-quality Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects, they deliver transformative spaces for a diverse range of clients, from commercial offices to high-end interiors.


As they scale up, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Estimator to join our team and take ownership of the pricing process for projects up to £10 million in value.


Role Overview:


As our Estimator, you will be a key member of our small, dynamic team, responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for Cat A and Cat B fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is a standalone role, giving you the opportunity to shape the estimating function within the business and make a significant impact as they grow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and client briefs, to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
  • Produce comprehensive bills of quantities (BoQs) for fit-out and refurbishment projects across Cat A and Cat B.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain pricing and confirm quantities.
  • Analyse project risks and identify opportunities to value engineer and optimise costs.
  • Work closely with the project team, including project managers and directors, to ensure estimates align with project scope and budget.
  • Provide timely and professional tender submissions for projects ranging from small-scale refurbishments to major fit-outs valued up to £10 million.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, material costs, and market conditions to ensure pricing remains competitive.
  • Track and report on tender success rates and provide post-tender feedback and analysis.


In return you will see a salary up to £85,000 + Bonus & Package
