Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing events? We are looking for a dynamic Events Customer Services Executive to join our team


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage registration desks and provide onsite customer service at international events.
  • Process registrations accurately using in-house systems.
  • Set up events in CRM and CVENT platforms in collaboration with the team.
  • Support delegates through their booking process.
  • Handle invoicing, credit control, and refund processing.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer service for each event.
  • Assist with delegate networking platforms.
  • Liaise with on-site registration companies for large events.
  • Process visa applications for overseas delegates.
  • Prepare and reconcile all registration administration before and after events.


Qualifications:


  • Willingness for extensive international travel and occasional late work hours.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong numerical skills, including invoicing, budgets, and credit control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling large data sets.
  • Excellent team player with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communicator with both internal and external audiences.
  • Proactive and initiative-taking mindset.
