Seasonal Christmas Restaurant Team Member - Lenham

Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for seasonal Christmas Restaurant Team Members to join us part time until late December/early January 2025, so if you are available to start work immediately, you love hospitality and you are a people person; this may be just the job for you.

Please note that subject to our opening hours you may will be required to work some of the following shifts to include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Overlooking the village square in Lenham, Kent, the Dog and Bear Hotel combines the friendly atmosphere of a local pub with all the comforts of a contemporary hotel and restaurant. It embraces that unique heritage, retaining historic character features such as oak beams, and traditional d cor and houses 24 en-suite bedrooms.

At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count, so you will play an important part in our business ensuring that you acknowledge our customers with a warm welcome and deliver great service to them at every opportunity.

If you haven't got any previous hospitality experience please do not worry, so long as that you possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything that you will need to know.
