Position Summary:
As Digital Marketing Intern at TCL, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the UK digital and ecommerce landscape, particularly in categories like TV and Home Appliances. You will work closely with our Marketing Team to understand the dynamics of the UK retail market and support key projects aimed at driving our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the UK digital and ecommerce landscape, focusing on the TV and Home Appliance categories. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Retailer Dynamics: Learn about the key players in the UK retail industry and understand their strategies, partnerships, and market positioning.
Support Digital Marketing Team: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support various projects, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to sales, customer behavior, and marketing performance. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for product listings, social media, and marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Engagement: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, and help formulate strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments within the company, such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and ecommerce best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital and ecommerce, marketing, and the retail industry.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
