What’s the role?

Night Chef


Where will you be working?

At The Ned, we have restaurants in almost every cuisine, from pan-Asian to American diner, and Italian to fine dining.


What will you be doing?

  • You’ll be assisting the Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef in the production of our food
  • A key part of our kitchen team, you’ll be preparing all meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables
  • Some of our restaurants showcase our food in displays, and you’ll be part of the team preparing these
  • Attention to detail is key, so you’ll clean and maintain all kitchen areas to the best health and safety standards and report any shortcomings
  • Starting shifts around 6pm
