We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will advance the state-of-the-art in RNA structure prediction using deep learning, provide expert guidance in RNA science and biological deep learning, and contribute to a range of activities within biological deep learning.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Research Advancement: Develop and enhance deep learning models for RNA structure prediction, pushing the boundaries of current methodologies.

- Literature Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging developments in the literature, identifying and integrating beneficial research into team projects.

- Expert Guidance: Serve as a reference in RNA science and biological deep learning, guiding research agendas, planning, and interpreting results.

- Stakeholder Communication: Present research findings effectively to both clients and internal stakeholders.

- Versatility: Engage in additional activities within the biological deep learning domain as required.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:


- Educational Background: PhD in computer science, computational biochemistry, mathematics, or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.

- Research Excellence: Proven track record of high-quality research through publications in high-impact scientific journals or conferences, or through commercialized patents.

- Deep Learning Expertise: Practical experience in developing state-of-the-art deep learning models with a deep understanding of deep learning theory.

- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with structure prediction tools and software related to RNA and/or protein biology.

- RNA Science Knowledge: Educational or professional background in RNA science.

- Coding Skills:*Proficiency in writing high-quality code in Python.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


Desired Skills:


- RNA Deep Learning Research: Experience in deep learning research specifically applied to RNA science.

- Structural Prediction Experience: Experience in predicting nucleic acid or protein structures.

- Generative Deep Learning: Experience in designing or optimizing constructs or generative deep learning.
