Alongside, its wholly owned assets zelasudil, RXC008, zamaporvint and RXC009, the Company has significant partnership deals with both AstraZeneca and Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
The Role:
Redx requires a highly motivated individual to set up and manage preclinical development programmes as they move towards clinical development.
Responsibilities include:
- management of small molecule candidate development projects from late stage discovery to early clinical development, as required by the business.
- selection and management of external contractors
- planning, budget management and reporting
- project team relationships
- summary reports to senior management on a regular basis
- and manage stakeholders within the business
The successful candidate will:
- good knowledge and previous relevant experience (minimum 5 years’) of early development from candidate selection through to CTA/ IND submission within either the pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO industry.
- a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- able prioritise effectively ensuring all deadlines are met
- excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- of first in man clinical studies is desirable.
