JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Executive
SALARY: £25K-£35K DOE
LOCATION: Nottinghamshire

What you will be doing:
• You will be managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases and remortgages
• Liaise with clients on a regular basis providing updates on their transactions and handling any queries they may have
• Have regular correspondence with mortgage providers, clients, real estate agents and any other stakeholders involved in the transaction

What we are looking for:
• A Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Executive
• Legal Professionals with a minimum of 12 months experience
• A determined individual with the ambition to progress through their role
• A team player who can work alongside a team of lawyers and provide support to them as and when needed
