A highly innovative and ambitious telecoms solution company seeks an experienced Telecoms Systems professional to join a dynamic, close-knit team in the development of pioneering breakthrough technology for both civilian and military application.


This newly created role is a key strategic addition to the highly talented team assembled to take this new global communications technology through to full commercial launch and beyond.


The Role

Reporting to the CTO with responsibility for co-ordinating a small team of Telecoms Architects, act as key interface between the Antenna System Technical / Engineering team and Stakeholders (Suppliers, Partners, Customers) to ensure alignment and collaborative, constructive relationships.


Manage the development of Suppliers, transitioning the Antenna System to DFM status ensuring a robust supply chain.


Develop telecom solution strategy for system roll-out and future roadmap planning.


Drive and develop existing and new industry collaborations with technology, partners, operators and industry forums for product integration, network services, solutions, support and testing.


The Person

5-10 years solid experience gained within mobile operator / telecoms / radio supplier environment in 4G/5G Radio Access Networks .


Experience in complex system integration, test and process management in an operational environment.


RF knowledge including antenna technology.
