Our client is looking fir a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join their Corporate Planning & Management Division’s Spend Management team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist focusing on the Professional Fees category. You will engage in strategic sourcing activities for advisory consulting, staff augmentation, outsourcing, and managed services across the firm. This role involves market benchmarking, financial analytics, contract negotiation, and vendor management to drive cost-saving opportunities and ensure effective procurement processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market benchmarking and sourcing processes using Source to Pay technology.
  • Analyse budgets and bid returns for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms with legal teams ensuring consistent application of pricing models and service level agreements.
  • Track and report on vendor contracts and spending trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Risk Partners to address sourcing issues and enhance vendor relationships.
  • Support the Vendor Diversity Program by integrating small and diverse vendors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record.
  • 3-7 years of strategic sourcing experience in indirect spend areas.
  • Proficiency with procurement tools (Ariba, Fieldglass) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
