The successful candidate oversees the development and management of our Sixth Form courses including A-levels in Business & Economics, CTEC L2 & L3 Business and BTEC L3 in Marketing. While having high standards of teaching themselves, the role centres on managing the excellent delivery of learning & support for both students and staff in the area. you will monitor student progress, evaluate teaching methods and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, student outcomes and success
