Our client is a global leading consultancy, managed service and systems integrator providing all things Identity and Access Management


Due to continued client demand, they are seeking a Senior IAM Sales Lead to generate revenue and drive growth for the business across the entire UK territory.


The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, ambitious, self-driven, and relentless—a true hunter of new business opportunities across several sectors. Ideally, you have an established network and bring experience in guiding large enterprises through IAM Solutions.


You will maintain and develop client relationships to ensure customer retention and acquisition of new logos. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and upgrading IAM programs for clients. This leader will cultivate and maintain trusted partnerships with enterprise clients across the UK territory ensuring their success and growth.


This is a stand-alone role that requires someone that is self-motivated and fully autonomous. You will be a senior individual sales contributor in this position.


Key Responsibilities of Senior IAM Sales Lead:

  • Identify targeted sales opportunities among existing and prospective clients
  • Assess customer needs and implement strategies that accelerate the closing of deals and drive adoption with current and new customers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for offerings and capabilities to c-level executives such as CISOs and CIOs
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at raising client awareness about IAM-related services.
  • Forge strong relationships with market-leading IAM partners, including the likes of OneLogin, RSA, Saviynt, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Okta and Ping and maintain effective sales pipeline working with the partners and finding opportunities
  • Harness market connections to unlock business development opportunities that drive growth.
  • Actively cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline by collaborating with partners and identifying lucrative opportunities.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination and collaboration with internal teams, and customers throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Ensure client follow-ups post-sale to ensure coverage of accounts and identify new sales opportunities

Requirements for Sales Lead:

  • Minimum 5 years IAM Sales experience
  • Proven B2B enterprise experience focusing on the cyber security ecosystem - IAM, Cybersecurity and GRC
  • Proven understanding of technology solutions in domains of IAM and Cyber security
  • Proven experience with sales intelligence tools such as Demandbase, sales navigator and Outreach
  • Proven track record of successfully driving the adoption of SaaS solutions within enterprise accounts, with expertise in forecasting, sales planning, and sales operations.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, facilitation, problem resolution, collaboration
  • Proven ability to build and cultivate business relationships with key executives, contacts, and partners.
  • Must possess a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives as well as experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
