TRIA are partnering with a market leading business who are looking for a Director of Change to join them on an initial 4-6 month contract. The role reports directly into the CIO and holds accountability for a Portfolio of change worth c£30m p/a.


The organisation lack maturity and work in a fast paced and currently unstructured nature. The role of the Director of Change is to implement structure / governance to help improve the existing processes and ensure that the Portfolio is set up for success.


As part of this role, the Director of Change will:


  • Manage the Delivery, PMO, and Change teams
  • Own the E2E Delivery cycle, ensuring bottlenecks are identified and mitigated
  • Establish an Enterprise PMO
  • Critique delivery methodologies / approach and recommend improvements to CIO
  • Assist in improving maturity levels across service lines impacting delivery e.g. Data, Security etc.
  • Implement processes covering Capacity and Resource planning etc.
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders up to C-Suite


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an organisation lacking in structure and embed processes and ways of working to help move them forward.


Anyone who has worked in a fast-paced environment dealing with constant change and ambiguity would be a good fit for the role.


C-Suite Stakeholder engagement capability is a must have.
