An exciting and growing Digital Marketing & Technology Agency are looking to bring in a Fractional CFO to join their talented team of professionals, a great opportunity to join a fast-growing business and help define their financial direction across the UK, Europe and US.

The role is fully remote and home based, the role will begin on an initial 1-2 day a week agreement.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and use your international financial experience to help them grow through the UK, Europe and US.

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide high-impact financial leadership and guidance to support the CEO and founders in achieving strategic objectives.
• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Act as a value-add creator by offering expert industry insights, financial planning, and risk management strategies.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and provide strategic recommendations based on financial data.
• Implement effective cash flow management strategies to optimise working capital and support business growth.
• Develop and oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.

Ideal experience:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Knowledge and experience of working across the UK, Europe and the US.
• Taxation experience would be desirable.
• Expertise in fundraising, exits, and due diligence processes.
• In-depth industry knowledge and the ability to provide valuable insights.
• Excellent financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Expert and highly effective communication skills to collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• A recognised accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ICAEW/ICAS)
