Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Finatal is currently working with a highly acquisitive, private equity-backed SaaS business gearing up for an exit in the next 12-18 months. As they continue their buy-and-build strategy, they are in search of an FP&A Director to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making during this pivotal phase of growth.


The Role

  • Working end-to-end on acquisitions alongside the CFO
  • Assist and present financial information to the board and PE investors
  • Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts, and budgets


The Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Proven experience in FP&A roles, preferably within SaaS
  • Expertise in financial modelling and analysis, with proficiency in Excel, or another reporting tool (Anaplan, Datarails, TM1, etc)
