The Role:
 You'll manage a varied caseload of public childcare matters, including care proceedings, adoption, and child protection issues. You'll work closely with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for families and children.

About You:

  • You are a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE in Childcare Law.
  • Ideally, you're a Children's Panel member or working towards accreditation (though this is not essential).
  • You're passionate about helping vulnerable children and families navigate complex legal issues.
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills are essential.
