We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager (client facing, hybrid) with excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept, through to delivery.

You will work with a range of clients, ensuring that their projects are well-managed, building client relationships and regularly reporting on status. You will seek to get the best from every person within the project team and ensure clear communication with the client at all times.

In addition to managing projects, you will need to be adaptable and willing to help and with associated tasks where required. You will report into the Head of Digital, work across multiple clients and with all delivery teams.

Fiora are an ambitious integrated agency that blends strategy, media, creative and technology to develop effective marketing solutions and digital applications that help our clients grow. We are based in Bristol with a presence in London.

As a Digital Project Manager (hybrid), you will:


  • Take ownership of digital projects from planning through to delivery - Collaborate with and support cross-functional delivery teams including developers, designers, client services and client stakeholders


  • Work with the team leads to review briefs and draft scopes of work


  • Work with clients and the Client Services team to prioritise and schedule tasks into delivery teams across all projects - Identify the team members required for delivery, schedule the required time, ensure the briefs are clear and understood


  • Act as a key contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status


  • Ensure that projects pass quality standards via defined test & QA processes


  • Triage daily support requests to the right internal teams


  • Monitor project scope - If the client requests material changes that are not documented as part of the project scope you will liaise with the client and team leads to implement Fiora’s change management procedures


  • Measure and report on project efficiency - If tasks or the project as a whole look like they are going to take significantly longer than expected, you will raise this and discuss mitigating actions with the team and senior management. Additionally, hours usage for retainers to be tracked and regularly reported to the client.


  • Ensure delivery teams are completing timesheets for all tasks


  • Continually assess working methods and processes and make recommendations for improvements where you see them


  • Support clients with content updates and simple support questions


  • Provide training assistance to clients in how to update content on their websites and applications where appropriate

What Experience you will need...

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably gained agency side, as a Digital Project Manager working on development and creative projects


  • A solid understanding of user experience, web development, system design and technical project management


  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including issue resolution, risk management, work planning, resource management, and team coordination.


  • Strong knowledge of content management systems, ideally Drupal


  • Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies


  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences, including C-suite stakeholders.


  • Proven record delivering complex large-scale projects and running concurrent projects
