As a Capital Project Manager, you’ll take the reins on high-profile, multi-million-pound capital projects that span housing, regeneration, and placemaking. From land and property developments to negotiating commercial contracts and managing stakeholders, your work will transform ambitions into reality. The Role

  • Lead transformative projects that align with regional and national strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, acquisitions, and legal agreements.
  • Collaborate with public and private partners to deliver results that matter.
  • Oversee project lifecycles, from conception to completion

About you

  • Experience with housing, regeneration or placemaking capital projects
  • Experience of managing commercial contracts and negotiations
  • Experience of business case development.
  • Proven Contract Management and Project Management skills
