What role will you play?

As a Network Engineer based in London, you will enhance our internal regional network support capability within our complex and dynamic team. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting network issues, resolving incidents and outages, implementing network designs, and assisting with projects. Additionally, the role requires managing escalation tickets, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring infrastructure compliance with standards.

What you offer

• Experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
• Minimum CCNA level certification; CCNP certification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of routing (OSPF and BGP) and switching, enterprise firewall solutions (Palo Alto and Checkpoint), and layer 7 firewalls.
• Proficient understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working knowledge of SNMP, RADIUS, 802.1x.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with flexibility and agility to adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a customer service mindset.
• Experience with F5 (LTM and GTM) is desirable.
