We are working with an innovative organisation based in the South West, who’s research helps transform our health and care systems They’re currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join the team on a fixed term basis as part of a maternity cover.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement data management schedules, processes and tools
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across tools and systems and timely performance updates as required.
  • Co-ordinate the data collecting and produce engaging data visuals and dashboards to support our operational governance framework.
  • Play pivotal role in driving organisational efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation of continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing change management strategies and designing efficient workflows.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, guidance notes, design decisions, inclusions and exclusions for each tool or report.


Requirements include:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Data Analyst or Data PM role
  • Experience with BI software (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) is essential.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • SQL experience (beneficial)
  • Previously worked around automation or automating processes
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
