Elevate Flexible Resourcing is seeking a 3 PQE Commercial lawyer for a 3-month interim contract, full-time position starting ASAP, as temporary resource cover for their multiple customers Legal Department. Commercial transactional legal experience within the TMT Industry would be a bonus.


You will provide commercial legal support and advice, primarily for the Commercial team that covers customer-facing units.


Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate in England + Wales.
  • Experience working on a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Experience with e-commerce business models, SaaS contracting, and data protection issues looked on favourably.
  • Sound contract drafting skills and experience in face-to-face negotiations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Need to be able to work independently and lead support and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders as part of a wider business team (including procurement, programme managers and briefing to leadership)
  • Consistency: Use the standard systems, processes, guidance and templates available in each practice area.
  • Horizon scan and keep your legal knowledge up to date; ensure colleagues are kept up to date.
  • Support senior lawyers and legal directors in delivering consistent performance management.
