Main Duties:

  • To Identify and research new potential commercial accounts, through direct enquiries, sales leads and prospecting including identification of new target sectors
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements frequently to ensure the brand can meet their up to date requirements
  • Proactively contact prospects using multiple channels to establish a sales opportunity - Accurately tracking all research, prospect interactions and information gathered using the Sales CRM, reporting on call volumes, success and conversion metrics
  • Conduct introductory calls to target lists confirming research and key contact
  • Determine organisation needs and interests in managed travel
  • Introduce Roomzzz Aparthotels to clients and our USPs
  • Gather key information about the account to determine potential opportunities, customer needs, competitive situation, objections and effectively communicate how Roomzzz Aparthotels can assist
  • Use industry knowledge, marketing and company sales resources to demonstrate the value and benefits to the prospect: enrol prospects in events such as, networking events or conferences and attend such events to network and research
  • To support events and promotions regionally and nationally to drive Roomzzz promotion and education for business development
  • Prepare and deliver handovers of qualified leads to relevant sales manager, ensuring that they are aware of the nature of the prospects business, their needs and concerns.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role including B2B Sales & New Business Development.
  • Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen and driven to exceed targets.
  • Excellent; Sales, Customer Relationship, Presentation, Negotiation and Influencing skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of PMS & CRM systems is preferred, although training will be given.
  • Collaborative working style to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong communication skills & ability to work on own initiative.
  • UK travel will be essential for this role so must have access to own vehicle.
