- Reports into Client Success Director
This is an opportunity for someone who has a key interest in working in the advertising sector, looking for their first job that can kick start their career. You'll be working for an established technology business that works with a huge number of well-known and high-street brands.
For you, you'll learn the ropes of what being client facing requires, how that syncs with the commercial & sales team and supports them on day-to-day campaigns.
This role isn't for everyone, what makes a great Client Success Executive (formally known as Account Management) is:
- Confidence in presenting virtually & face to face.
- Articulate and personable (you really do need to be a people person).
- Effective communicator, being able to read a situation and respond appropriately.
- Analytical and great with numbers (mainly confident in Excel and various other platforms.
