An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Business Operations team on a FTC 6 month contract.


About the role:


The Order to Cash Co-ordinator is responsible for providing an efficient and effective best in class service to both new and existing corporate customers, partners and members. Responsibilities include handling all Corporate & Customer orders from receipt to delivery through to payment, managing and building corporate account relationships to assist with queries, guidance and collections via shared mailboxes, onboarding new corporate accounts, bank reconciliations, invoicing and contributing to continuous business and process improvement.


About you:


This role would suit someone with excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as a strong understanding of the demands of working in a busy business operations environment.


You will be able to demonstrate a high-level understanding of internal and external customer needs and have a service orientation, always providing the highest quality of customer delivery.


You will have a flexible, customer-centric, commercial approach and positive working attitude, taking ownership and responsibility for your work and performance.


In addition, you will be confident in using the Microsoft Office package (including Word and Excel) and have proven experience of office/administration work and call answering, ideally within a service delivery environment.
